Item under warranty, seller ghosting
I purchased a pair of Shokz from a seller here on ebay. Item #116604724980. They seller claimed a 2 year warranty. The power button broke after about 7 months of moderate use. Unfortunately ebays system wont deal with anything more than 6 months past and the seller told me to contact the manufacture and then ghosted me. Does anyone know how to deal with this? My husband had a similar experience with a mini computer he purchased from a different seller and we had to make a claim through our credit card on that one.

Mentor4 months agoIf they are not a registered dealer/reseller for the manufacturer then there is no warranty.
All you have is the 30 days money back guarantee on eBay which long passed and after 7 months your credit card may reject the claim as well.
