Item undeliverable and sent back automatically
I shipped the item and it was never signed for or received. Many attempts. It came back after almost a month undeliverable. Should the buyer pay for the re-shipping? Not fair to me the seller to pay or to refund....

Mentor2 years agoGo to the sold listing and click on CONTACT BUYER. Let the buyer know the package was returned to you. If the buyer still wants the item, he will have to send you a current address plus repay the shipping price. Ask for his Paypal email address and you can send a MONEY REQUEST from your Paypal account. If the buyer no longer wants the item, you can refund item price only.
