item that never arrived
i won a bid and paid for that. but the seller never sent the item.. instead of that, he create a tracking number so the system thinks he sent it. now ebay wont understand that I can't return an item that never arrived. For some reason the case is closed and I dont know how to contact a human to help me.. especially if ther is someone that speak spanish
