Item that never arrived

Question

How do I get through to seller and ebay that I NEVER received an item? Every time I try to contact seller, I get an error message. Now ebay says it doesn't recognize the order number although I've copied it from the delivery confirmation they sent me. I need to get this refunded but there is no way to get through to them. Is there a phone #? The online chat was useless.

Thank you so much. I had to set up a new password ðŸ˜‘ and then was able to send my complaint.

1) does the tracking number show it was delivered? If so I have a separate set of instructions.

2) It sounds like you purchased the item as a guest.

To start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email eBay sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".

If you don't have that email, you can request another copy of the order confirmation email on this page:

LOG OUT OF YOUR eBay Account first, then

Once you have the email, you can follow the process on the above page to talk to the seller.

You can open an Item Not Received case

1) Select View order details in your order confirmation email.

2) Select Item Not Received

3) Follow the steps
