Item That Is NOT A Pesticide Flagged Can't Get Through To Support
We've been selling on here for 20 years and recently wanted to do an overhaul of our listings. There is a natural product we have carried and sold on here for almost that entire time that has been flagged into this stupid pesticide category. Support keeps copy/pasting that we need to list this in the flea collar/topical with an EPA registration number, which does not exist. The product is an internal consumption supplement that in fact, doesn't kill anything at all which is the point. The support system here on eBay has seriously degraded that they can't be bothered to really do anything but copy paste the same 2 replies. "Change the product name and details to relist it", well the product name has Flea in it so can't very well get the customer looking for the product if I give it some nonsensical name "Magical Fluid Potion For Pets".... Anyone dealt with this figured out how to get out of this? Product is FDA recognized as GRAS and has been for years.
