Item that I received back is not the item that I sold to the buyer
Item that I sold to the buyer is not the item that I received back completely different. You need to stop and refund me. The buyer kept my Pump and sent his old pump back. He’s cheating the system scam. Please contact me. You’re losing money and I’m losing money and I get that feedback. It’s insane

When a Buyer returns an item and it is not the same as the one sent, some Sellers are eligible to deduct up to 50% of the refund for loss of value. To be eligible for that feature, the Seller either needs to be Top Rated and offer returns or Above Standard and offer free returns. Sellers who do not offer returns are not eligible.
You can report this Buyer to eBay for misuse of eBay's return policies and you can professionally respond to any bad feedback they left. Reporting the Buyer to eBay is taken very seriously and can result in the Buyer possibly being restricted from buying.

OP1 year agoThe buyer sent his old Pump back. He kept my pump that he bought for me now he sent his old pump back. It’s not the pump that I sent him and told him he’s cheating the system. I wanna report the buyer and I want complete my money back and I like to get my feedback restored to 100% it’s not my fault
