@solomel-1 You need to revise any listings that have a subtitle and remove it or you will charged the fee EACH time the item relists. A subtitle is second box under the title section that you have to check to agree to using. If you see ANY fee at the bottom of the screen before you submit the listing then that fee is due even if the item doesn't sell.
It's an optional insertion fee for adding a subtitle, like this:
You avoid it by not using one. For existing listings you can try revising the listing to remove the one you put on before it automatically renews (December 18 for that one) but the fee for this month isn't refundable.
