Item stuck between International shipping and UPS
Anyone experience this? I bought an item back in December, and it shipped super-quickly to the US from the UK. Since early January, it has been sitting in a UPS branch and has not been given a UPS tracking number.
There is no direct contact for the specific UPS branch, and their customer service keeps referring me back to eBay, which provides me with only a "contact seller" option. This is totally out of the seller's hands, and I'm at a loss!

Mentor1 year agoYour big problem is that you would have to initiate an "Item not received" case on the eBay UK site since that is where the item was sent from. eBay USA cannot help with this as the shipment did not originate on this site.

Actually, US Buyers file claims on eBay US, the site they purchase on, not on the domain of the country the item ships from. This has always been eBay's policy.

Your only option is a refund. If it is past 30 days from the last estimated delivery date then you have to file a charge back with your bank or credit card.
Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly. Here's how to get your money back.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
Select your item on this page to start a refund request:

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
