Item still not delivered to buyer, but tracking info show it did
Item send to buyer. USPS tracking on their hp shows it is still on its way to seller. On eBay tracking, it shows that item was delivered. Btw, buyer is lives in South America, but has his items shipped to a forwarding service. What can I do in this situation?
