Я хотел бы ÑпроÑить, как мне поÑтупить в Ñтой Ñитуации. У Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÑƒÐ¿Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¿ÐµÑ€ÑŒ еÑÑ‚ÑŒ и товар, и деньги (поÑле доÑтавки).
Я прошу eBay оказать ÑодейÑтвие в Ñправедливом разрешении Ñтого вопроÑа: покупатель должен либо вернуть товар, либо возмеÑтить его ÑтоимоÑÑ‚ÑŒ.

Mentor1 year agoYou should NOT have refunded the buyer until s/he received the item and filed a Returns Request via ebay. ebay cannot force the buyer to return the item or repay the refund. Hopefully, this was not an expensive item. In the future, NEVER refund until you get the item back, unless you do not wish to get the item back. I have only refunded once in 20 years when the item arrived broken. I did not want to pay the expensive shipping to get back a broken item that I could not use.
