Item states Delivered Buyer states not received
I had a customer who is stating that they didn’t receive the item that was sent. USPS is showing that the item was received. We’ve both attempted to go to the post office with no resolve. How can I move forward? What should I do?

Only the buyer’s PO can help. Ask the buyer to go to their PO with the tracking # and ask the clerk to look up the delivery. The scanners have gps, so they can see exactly where the package was delivered. If mis-delivered, the carrier should try to retrieve the package.
If correctly delivered and stolen from the buyer's property, it is up to the buyer to file a police report and a home insurance claim, if applicable.
If sent to the zip code on the payment, and tracking shows delivered, eBay will close a not received case in your favor. If the buyer opens a claim, go to the claim and enter the tracking # that shows delivered.

OP1 year agoThank you. Both me and the buyer have gone to the post office and they said it was delivered. I’m assuming when he went it showed to his location. I will update EBay with the tracking information.
