Item Specifics
eBay ask us to do all of the item specifics yet on the sellers Hub my is at 19 and my sales are down due to the fact that eBay wants us to keep them updated. When i search for the 19 to get them updated they do not show up. We have updated hundreds over the last few months so we know how to do that. When we ask for help all we get is links from chat that only takes us to the pages that want us to choose there pre-set options which does not help or answer any of the issues. We have seen many changes over the past few months that require us to update the item specifics yet we want to do that get them to zero, not 19.
We would like eBay get better customer service but we are told that help is short staffed. The bottom line will be better if eBay helps us sellers with support that listens to our issue.
