·2 years agoBrand and Manufacturer are often the same, so you are probably correct in that assumption.

OP2 years agoWould it be Ebays policy for a seller to list a company name (Harley Davidson) under brand and be allowed to ship an aftermarket product? Here was the sellers reply to my email "Since you appear to be unaware of eBay policies and how legal disclosure language works and what the requirements are, you can return the item this one time, for a refund, if you do not want it." Waiting on my refund.
