item sold without my approval

Question

Had an item listed with the oppoartunity to make an offer. I got 2 offers for the same amount within 20 minutes, 2 different buyers. I did not respond to either one. Now the item is no longer in my items for sale and the "buyer" wants to know when to expect delivery. Is there a way to actually talk with ebay or chat to resolve this.

You had the listing posted with $60 BIN/BO.

You may have received 2 best offers but the buyer who purchased it bought it for full price. I assume that happened before or without your response to the best offers.

Ebay is showing that you recently sold a Coach charm for $60. Is that the listing you are referring to? If so, if the Buyer paid, you are required to ship according to the handling time in your listing.

I would check your Best Offer settings. It's possible something was set to automatically accept offers at a certain amount.
