Item SOLD wasn't delivered
I sold a baseball card, shipped it and it never arrived to the buyer (supposedly). I used the EBay $1.32 shipping and I want to open a claim with USPS and I can't figure out how to do that. According to the tracking, the items got to the local distribution center 2 weeks ago but was never scanned after that and the buyer is claiming they never received it.
I check tracking on USPS.com and it say it isn't valid. It isn't a lot of money but it is the point. I lost money on the transaction.
