Item sold was different than posted
Seller had sold me a product as NEW and as Nintendo brand. When arrived it was used and a knockoff brand. I gave a negative review and they replied that if I change the review they will refund the money. I changed it but when replying to say I changed the negative feedback, I see I am blocked. Do you think I will still be refunded? Is this normal practice?

OP3 years agoNo, I'm still going to give negative feedback. They said to keep the item AND change my negative feedback. They blocked me now so I cannot change back to negative. They are selling used stuff, saying new. And also saying name brand but selling bootleg. I'll contact the feds if I need to it's what I do. And what they are doing is wrong.

Normally leaving feedback is the last thing to do. The first thing is requesting a return.
And yes, what they are doing is wrong.

Sorry this happened.
Request a return for an item not as described. The seller needs to accept and send you a prepaid return label.
3 business days later you can ask eBay to step in, if necessary.
