Item sold via promoted but promotions were changed on all items
I removed promo from all of our items. Then today an item sold and we were charged the promo fee. Is there a setting somewhere else in our Ebay or some default setting that is causing us to be charged promo fees when none of our items are being promoted? Screenshots of all items don't seem to help us rebut the promo fees. Thanks.
