Item sold returned insufficient address
I sold an item and shipped it, and I got it back with a sticker that says return to sender, insufficient address, unable to forward,
it’s a label I printed from an eBay with the address. The guy provided, so what do I do

·2 years agoCheck whether any part of the label or barcode has rubbed off.
Contact the buyer and ask that they confirm their shipping address. Buyers often move and forget to update their new address on eBay or sometimes forget to add the apartment number.
Or, you can cancel the sale and refund due to "problem with buyer address". Of course, you would lose the shipping that you have already paid.
