Item sold on email but not site
Hello! Can't get a hold of an ebay agent so coming to you lovely folks!
I received an email from ebay that an item sold. If I click the email link, it comes up as an error. If I go into my seller account, it doesn't come up at all in orders that it has sold.
Received another email reminder to ship, click link, error. Still not sold in my orders.
Received another email that buyer opened an "item not received" request. All links still go to errors. Search the order number in ebay and nothing comes up. (All emails look like they are coming from verified ebay email.)
Still have 0 orders ready to ship.
Any thoughts? I don't want to get negative feedback or in trouble with ebay.

OP1 year ago@stuff4divas It does not show up in my orders. And the messages aren't in my messages either!

Mentor1 year ago@jberns_thingsnstuff then it was not a sale and sounds like a scam to get you to send money disguised as a refund.
Contact eBay via their social media sites with a private message:

Even if u don't do social media, u can just open an account for eBay purposes only

Is it possible you have items listed in more than one eBay account?
What is the item number?

OP1 year ago@eburtonlabthanks for your reply! They aren't asking for any information or anything. And it's from ebay@ebay.com which is the same email that they send the "you have a payout" email.
I just got another one today that says "haven't arrived". Click to go into messages and it's another error. I wish I could just talk to a human at ebay!
I don't have another ebay account either. Order number is 01-13007-00674. Says I have until May 9th to resolve but it is NOWHERE on my eBay account. Just in my email.
