Item sold has Brand New but it isn't, seller doesn't expect messages
What are my options if I purchased an item which was advertised as Brand New but when it was delivered it wasn't sealed and may be it's used or open box item? The seller doesn't accept messages. Return is as buyers expense. And I can't find any way to reach eBay support on this situation.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described (Item condition was wrong).
The seller does accept returns if the item was not described correctly.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
