Item sold for less than BIN
Hello, I recently had an item purchased for $10.00 less, with out approval from me, and I did not indicate or Best Offer. It was listed for $85.00 BIN and was able to be purchased for $76.00 Just odd. Wondering if this was a glitch or I'm loosing my mind! Ha

It sold for exactly 10% off, so my assumption would be that you sent a Seller-Initiated Offer for 10% off. If you did not send one to that buyer (intentionally at least), but had previously sent an offer of that amount to an earlier potential customer, you probably left the option enabled that sends the same offer to future interested buyers. This is what it looks like on the Send Offer screen:
(that's underneath the box to type in a message to the customer on that screen).
You wouldn't be the first to discover that was unintentionally enabled. It's usually enabled by default the first time you send offers, and then if you turn it off it should remain off for future offers, but there have been glitches before that caused it to re-enable itself, so it's worth checking every time you send offers to see if it's enabled.
