Item Sold dispute
Good afternoon,
Recently I refunded the full amount to a buyer because the item wasn’t received. Today the buyer contacted me again to let me know the item was received today. How I can dispute a claim a get pay for the item sold and refunded back to the buyer when the buyer just get the item? Please help

When a Seller has refunded a Buyer for an Item Not Received, and then the Buyer receives the item, eBay allows you to send the Buyer an invoice for payment via PayPal. You would need the Buyer's PayPal email address. The fact that the Buyer told you they received it would imply that want to reimburse you. eBay will not get involved in these cases and will not force the Buyer to pay you, so it is now between you and this Buyer. I hope things work out well for you.
