Item sold different than the pictured listing. iMessage seller and ask them to confirm that the pictured item would be the item provided. Seller refuses to provide pictured item.

Before purchasing a radiator to fit my vehicle, I asked the seller if the item he was selling was the same as I was pictured in his listing. He said, of course, he would be selling the same radiator that is pictured. When the radiator arrived, it was different, and while it can be made to fit, it requires expensive adaptation.

Is there a way we can force the seller to provide the radiator that he is advertising in his picture?

Go to My ebay > Purchase History

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
