I sold an item. Buyer returned it. The item never arrived to me, but the funds got refunded to the buyer. I contacted ebay. They said they were going to resolve and get back to me, but they never did. I lost my merchandise and the funds got refunded to the buyer.

@superalterego Sorry that this happened. eBay return labels do not have insurance. IF you want the package insured for loss or damage then you have to provide your own shipping label.

Have you tried using the tracking number and filing a lost package search on USPS? Maybe they can find it.
