Item sold but I've lost for sale item
Following is what I've been trying to send to ebay but it seems impossible to email them. I've been communicating to the buyer and they thoroughly underatand my stupidity. And advise is appreciated~~
"I'm thoroughly embarrassed, but I seem to have lost this little clock. I've had it up on ebay for months and forgot about this auction. Can you pass along my sincere regrets to Ms. Scarborough (order # 05-14113-74653). I'm desperately looking for this clock and will for sure ship it to the buyer by the cut-off date of Tuesday Jan. 20, if I'm lucky enough to find it. It might appear that I've already shipped it because I, thinking I knew where this item was, too early ordered, and was charged for, a shipping label. I'm just concerned that the buyer is credited for something that she probably will not receive.

You can create another label if you find the item in time.
If you can't find the item, then you will need to cancel the transaction from the drop down menu next to the item. This will also automatically refund the buyer.
