Item "sold" but i can't ship it
I had an item listed as local pickup only. Someone bought it but wants it shipped to an address. I'm not able to do that. How do I cancel the sale and list the item again?

Mentor2 years agoUse the cancel option in the drop down menu next to the item, make sure to select problem with address as the reason.
