Mentor2 years ago@lraebk1-2 Is the same user ID that's saying they can't pay as the one that made the purchase?
You can ask CS to take a look but if they don't pay then on the 5th day cancel as buyer hasn't paid. This could be an attempt to try to get you to agree to an offsite payment, which would be a FAKE. Also a major policy violation.
