item sold below my minimum price
Had item listed at buy now price of 49$
but item sold at minimum bid price of 29$
I had no intention of selling below 49$ and somehow it sold at 29$
very frustrating and more so because no more Ebay customer service

Mentor2 years agoIf you wanted your minimum price to be your buy-it-now price, you should have either listed for a fixed price at $49, or an auction with a minimum bid of $49 rather than an auction starting at $29 with a $49 buy-it-now.
Never list an auction with a starting bid below your minimum -- if there is only one bid, that is the price it will sell for.
Cancelling is likely to have consequences for your account one way or the other, so you should seriously think about completing the transaction if you intend to continue to sell on eBay.
