Item sold being returned for insufficient address
The buyer states the address is correct and is receiving other packages. The item is getting returned to me as seller. How do I proceed? Do I have to purchase another label or do I handle with usps on redelivery? Do I need to contact ebay? I'm new - please help.

Mentor2 years agoYes, you would have to purchase another label to resend the item. Look carefully at the label to make sure that it has all of the information on it. Double check the buyers address. If all is correct then take it to the PO and ask if there was a real problem with the address or if this was a mistake. If the PO made a mistake then they should reship the item for free. If you made a mistake in the address the reshipping is your responsibility.
