Item sold as new
Bought a graphic card as new, but in fact it was a refurbished 3 months ago and now it's malfunctioning. Seller refuses to except return. What choices do I have?

The eBay Money Back Guarantee covers your purchases for up to 30 days after delivery. Because that Guarantee has expired, your option now is to file a chargeback with your financial institution. They also have deadlines.
