Item sold and paid for

Question

I have been notified that one of my listings has sold, however, when I go to print a label I am told that ebay does not recognize the sale, nor doe it recognize any of my unsold items. This is my first ebay sale.

In addition to the previous reply, just because an item has sold, does not mean it has been paid for. You will not get the buyer's name and shipping address until the item has been paid for and is in your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
