No do not wait, New of Low activity Sellers can and do have their funds held for up to 30 days. As you sell more that will go away. Keep your customer happy with their Buying experience. The Buyer needs to bring the QR code for you to scan or the 6 digit code you can go back and enter on the sold item to alert eBay that the transaction is complete.
