Item sitting at Int Hub since May 17th
Purchased an item earlier this year. It arrived at the internal Hub in Altamont,KS on May 17th. It is still there with a message that the shipment is running late. As it is over 30 days the request window is closed ,but as I understand it, ebay can do a manual refund. Has anyone had the same issue?

MentorAug 13, 2026 at 12:40 AMYour registration shows you are located in Canada. I am not aware of an international hub in Altamont, KS. Sellers who use the ebay International Shipping program usually ship their packages to Glendale Heights, IL.
Regardless, buyers should not wait months to ask about a missing package. You mentioned purchasing this item in May. When you didn't get the item within a month, I would have filed an Item Not Received case in ebay, as ebay has a Money Back Guarantee, but their are deadlines to use it. If you paid with a credit card, I suggest contacting the card issuer regarding a chargeback. You have 180 days from date of transaction to do so.
