Item shows it can't be shipped to Italy even though there are no country restrictions - how to fix?
I have an item listed under "other trading card merchandise" which someone in Italy wants to purchase, but he tells me the item shows on his end that it can't be shipped to Italy. I'm not seeing anything in the USPS list of restrictions/prohibitions on mailings to Italy that would cover this item (a group of sketches). I have no country restrictions on my sales and haven't run into this issue before - does anyone have ideas what's wrong and how I can fix things to sell to this person? Thx in advance!

Mentor1 year agoThe item DOES ship to Italy. I posted the shipping details. Not sure why your buyer can't make the purchase.

OP1 year agoHe sent me a screenshot of the notice he got, which said "This item cannot be shipped to Italy. Don't give up and find similar items from other sellers." But when I sent him an offer for the item, the system allowed him to accept the offer and pay for it, so (apparently) problem solved.
