Item shows delivered by the carrier, but Ebay hasn't updated.
Item was delivered about 5 days ago, and buyer left positive feedback. Ebay still shows that the item hasn't been delivered.
Customer service is unable to help.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

ALL new and infrequent Sellers will have their funds held for approximately 30 days in the event of a Buyer dispute. EBay allows Buyers up to 30 days to request a refund and the Seller needs to have the funds available to cover that.
Once you have a few more sales thay go smoothly, eBay will begin to issue your funds sooner.
