Item shows as paid but eBay does not show any money has been paid
I am the seller and recently accepted an offer from a buyer. eBay said that their card would immediately be charged and it looked like that is what happened. The item showed as 'paid' but there was no shipping paid or selected. Every feature or button I click on is no help. My 'payments' window does not show any payment as well and cautions about shipping without being paid. Buyer sees the same thing in her window, that the item is paid for and is investigating whether any of her credit cards have been charged. Do I have just have to cancel the sale and start over? Advice please.
