Item shows as delivered but it’s lost or stolen
How should I proceed with this? Package shows delivered with picture but FedEx deliver to a different door than my front door and it’s lost or stollen. Escalated to eBay but they were quick to close the case with the seller providing tracking. Now I am left with nothing after paying for product. Also already reported it to fed ex.

Mentor1 year agoFedEx (and all other delivery services) deliver with GPS so they can show you exactly where it was delivered. If it was stolen, you will need to file a police report. Once delivered, it is up to the buyer to provide a safe delivery location. eBay's protection has nothing to do with an item stolen.

Ebay is not responsible for what happens after delivery.
FedEx needs to help you.
