Item shown delivered but in fact is being return to seller by USPS
HI, I bought a headphone from a seller on Ebay. He then shipped it via USPS but for some reasons, they could not find the address and is being return to seller but Ebay shows that the item is delivered. I have contacted the seller but he does not reply nor say anything. On USPS Site shows tracking the item is being sent back to seller. Since it is shown delivered on Ebay, I can't ask Ebay to step in and help nor appeal. What are my options as the seller refuses to reply. Please help me as it is very expensive headphone.
