Item showing NOT delivered but it has been
Greetings,
I have an item that has been delivered, but, eBay is showing only "You provided a tracking number" on the tracking page.
Does anyone know how I can get the status updated?

Mentor2 years agoClick on the tracking number to be taken to USPS.COM. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updates to the tracking number. That will usually help to update the status.
