Item Showing in Active in my Store but Not Showing Up in the Store
So, I just started my store and I'm currently bringing over listings from Etsy via Crosslist. It's working great except on one listing, the item would pull over. Everything else was pulling fine. I looked at the community and someone said maybe to delete and try again. But when I did that, it ended the previous one and still wouldn't post the new one. I then went in today and thought to myself maybe it's not showing up in the store because it thinks it's a duplicate listing even though the first one was ended. I deleted the first one even though it wasn't active. Still not pulling the second listing in, despite when I'm in the backend of the store, showing as an active listing. I originally thought it had to do with my category in my store that it was in, but because it was the first item in that category, the category wasn't showing up either. So I added another listing to same category and now the category is showing up and the newer listing is there. This one still not posting but I know it's not the category thing. It's difficult to get a human at eBay for help though I did report it yesterday as a technical problem. Crickets so far. Anyone experience this? I don't want to delete again and cause more issues. Maybe I should and then manually enter it? Seems to be some weird glitch. I keep staring at the listing knowing everything is fine with it.
