Item shippelinh date keeps get pushed back. How do i wait til i report it?
I purchased an item a month ago. The estimates dates keeps getting pushed back week by week. I have contacted the seller 3x, but to respond. I would like the item I paid for.

Mentor2 years agoIf you look at the active listing, you'll see the estimated delivery date for a purchase made today. Look at the estimated delivery date in your Purchase History instead.
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
