Item shipped UPS thru ebay/damaged in transit. What do I do?
I shipped a snow globe, in the original packaging by UPS through Ebay. Small piece inside the globe broke on transit. How do I issue refund to buyer while getting a refund myself? I fully insured it. Thank you.
