Item shipped to wrong address
My last purchased wee shipped to a wrong unknown address. My address is correct in my personal information. I have never shipped to any other address. I cant seam to contact anyone at ebay. What do I do next?

OP5 months agoApparently my primary ship to address was changed to an unknown address without my knowledge! It makes me hesitant to order anything else!

OP5 months agoThe orders details show the wrong address as the shipping address but it was not the ship to when I order it and never has been my address! I have never shipped to any address but the one in my personal information which is still correct.

Mentor5 months agoTake the tracking number down to your local carrier's office and have them check their GPS for where the package was delivered. If it was NOT addressed to you and your address, have the clerk state that on their letterhead. They don't need to state the name/address attached to the tracking number, just that it was not addressed to YOU.

Explain that the seller is using fake USPS tracking numbers
Include these phrases:
Seller uploaded tracking not associated with my transaction
Tracking details were not accurate
Seller use a false tracking number
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.
