item shipped to the wrong address

I bought an item as a guest by mistake and the shipping info was incorrect. The item already shipped is there any way to contact the seller or anyone to get help with this. we would really like to get the item. We dont know who the carrier is

then sign out of your account. Use the link while signed out to access your guest purchase and contact the seller.

The seller can try recalling the package, but there is a fee for this which he would expect you to pay. Otherwise, you just have to hope that the person now at that address marks the item return to sender.
