Item shipped to me was not what I ordered

Question

I purchased a item and got a totally different item in return, seller and be giving poor communication. I already return the item to the seller that was received by the seller 4 days ago and it just says I have a pending case if e-bay. How long does it take them to resolve it and refund me?

If you used eBay's return process and the seller does not refund you within three business days of tracking showing the item has been returned, you should be able to ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
