Item shipped to Israel from Canada routed through Ireland and rejected
I recently sent a box of sealed Pokemon cards to a buyer from Israel. Generated my label through ebay and sent it off as normal (though incredibly expensive). Looking at the tracking the package was routed to Ireland at which point their customs rejected it and it is now being sent back to me.
#1 does anyone know why or has anyone had experience with packages sent to Israel being routed through Ireland?
#2 Why would Pokemon cards be denied? All forms were correctly filled out and items declared
