Item shipped to address I no longer use nor have access to

Hi all,

I made a purchase a day ago. The problem is I have my mom's address but didnt change it to my primary address. The item shipped to address I no longer use nor have access to and the seller says they cant do anything. Now I'm not in the country so I cant even visit there, I dont know who or what is there and my mom doesnt even know the location of the address. I suggested to the seller that they use the package intercept option but they havent replied. What do I do?

If you provided the wrong address when you checked out, there isn't much you can do. A package intercept cost money and there's no guarantee it will work and have the package returned.
