Item shipped, then was requested returned to sender by the seller.
I purchased an item. It shipped on time, was moving through the UPS network and had arrived at the local UPS hub, then the seller requested a return to sender. now I can not reach the seller and my item I paid for and was expecting is on its way back to the seller. I am not happy and needed it to complete my project. Any ideas on what I can do and how to report the seller. That is REALLY shady.

Really sorry that happened ... the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
