Item shipped late, bought the same one from a diff seller, now I have to pay for returning it
The seller wasn't shipping the item for more than two weeks and also didn't respond to any of my messages. I ordered the same item from a different seller, it arrived really fast. And before I even asked for a refund, first seller's item arrives. Now I want to return it, but they're charging me. How can I avoid paying the shipping fee, because it was a fault of a seller that this confusion happened

Mentor3 years agoYou needed to file an Item Not Received dispute the day after the estimated delivery date when it did not arrive. Then wait 3 days for resolution before purchasing another item.
Did you consider just reselling it on ebay?
