Item shipped but never received by buyer

Hi;

I sold an item, but it was lost at one of the post office stops. The buyer requested a refund after several weeks and as post office had not been able to find, I gave the refund. Several weeks after than the item was delivered to the buyer. What do I do? I can't figure out how to contact anyone at eBay?

What you need to do is go to the Sold listing, click the CONTACT BUYER link. Let the buyer know that you are happy to see that the item finally arrived, and that since you refunded in good faith, you would like to be reimbursed, or receive the item back. You can ask for the buyer's Paypal email address to send an Invoice, or send a prepaid shipping label if you wish the buyer to send the item back to you.
